How do I book?
Simply fill out our booking form with your event details and we'll be in touch to confirm availability. A $100 deposit is required to secure your date.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, our characters are popular, especially during school holidays and peak party season. A minimum of 2–4 weeks notice is ideal, though last-minute bookings are always possible!
Do you travel to my area?
We service Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Byron Bay. Travel fees may apply depending on your location. Get in touch and we'll let you know.
What does a fairy party include?
Each party includes your chosen fairy character, magical entertainment, interactive activities and unforgettable memories, with inclusions varying by package.
What does a mermaid experience include?
Our real-life mermaid arrives in a stunning silicone tail, ready to make a splash! She can entertain on land or in the water (prior arrangements are required to keep the magic alive), with magical interactions, glitter and gems, bubbles, storytelling and unforgettable mermaid moments. Activities vary depending on your chosen package.
Can I request a specific fairy character?
You're welcome to request a preference, though we cannot guarantee availability. We'll always do our best to match your vision.
Do you cater for corporate events
Yes! Our characters are available for corporate events and activations. These are quoted individually please get in touch via our email to discuss your event.
How many children can you cater for?
Our packages are designed to suit a range of party sizes. Some activity add-ons vary depending on guest numbers. Our booking form will guide you through the options.
What happens if it rains?
We recommend having a backup indoor or covered space just in case. Our performers are troopers but guest comfort always comes first!
What should we do for your arrival?
Create a safe, clear space for your performer to work their magic! Specific requirements (like pool access for mermaid experiences) will be confirmed with you ahead of your event.
